Our Cleaning Only Service

Our cleaning service is tailored to your requirements, to do as much or as little as you require. Just contact us with your requirements. At the end of each year we can supply a legal invoice so, if you are renting out your holiday home, all our costs can be offset on your annual Spanish tax return.

Weekly Property Check Service 

Our Weekly Property Check Service checks to ensure your home is safe and sound and we turn your fridge, water heater etc on in advance, making your home ready and welcoming whenever you or your guests visit Mazarron.

Every week we visit your home to check 22 items, including:

Appliances switched off, fridge and freezer doors are open if switched off
Look for damp or leaks 
Run gas water heater, subject to gas being connected
Fill sink, shower and bath traps with water and flush toilets  
Visual check of walls for damp or mould 
Check doors and windows are secure and check for rainwater entering
Check electricity is working
Leave all internal doors open
Walk round your house to visually check the exterior

Pool Cleaning: from 60€ a month, including chemicals

We visit twice a week, all year. When your villa is occupied we make extra spot checks to ensure your pool is clean, topped up and ready for use so we can deal with problems before they get out of hand.

In winter, when your pool may not be in use, it still needs regular attention. Do not be fooled by those who say that you can just throw a hand-full of chemicals in every now and then, as happened to the pool shown here. If equipment is not maintained throughout the year, you may be faced with expensive repairs when you return for your next holiday.

There are always be someone offering a cheaper service. Can you be sure they will devote the time and have sufficient experience to maintain your pool in tiptop condition ?
