To start your holiday in style, we recommend our Arrival Assistance Package. The package includes assistance whilst travelling to your holiday apartment or villa, where you are met on arrival and greeted with a bottle of chilled Cava (Spanish champagne), receive the keys and assistance with any arrival queries. The package includes mineral water, red wine and turning on your fridge, water heater and heating (winter) in advance.

A portable air conditioning unit costs £25 a week if booked in advance with your accommodation. 

A travel cot with mattress protector and fitted base sheet costs £20 a week if booked in advance with your  accommodation.

A portable´Z` bed costs from £25 a week when booked in advance with your accommodation. Our Z beds have thin un-sprung mattresses and are unsuitable for heavy adults.

Treat yourself to a well-earned long term break to escape from the cold, dreary UK winter. Whilst we can´t promise wall to wall sunny days without a drop of rain, we can tell you that the Costa Calida has one of the most favourable climates in Europe. There are around 320 days of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of over 20 deg C. Most of our proerties offer around 20% discount for long term stays.

Our Spanish beds are not as comfortable as northern European divan beds. If comfort is important to you, we recommend our memory foam toppers. They are 6cm deep viscose elastic, designed to respond to body heat, mould to your shape and support you in a natural sleeping position, to help relieve aches and pains, relieving pressure on joints.

We cannot provide an airport collection service, but can arrange this for you. Guideline prices are €65 one way from or to Murcia St. Javier airport and €100 one way from or to Alicante airport. These prices are for local Spanish, legally registered taxis. We advise you not to use unregistered taxi drivers.
