Puerto de Mazarron
Puerto de Mazarron, on the Costa Calida (warm coast) enjoys some of Spain’s best summer sunshine and warm winter weather, with around 320 sunny days a year. The numerous Blue Flag sandy beaches, where you can swim, snorkel, dive, fish or relax under the Spanish sun, are rarely crowded. The Spanish love to holiday here, enjoying the beautiful unspoilt and diverse countryside and the high standard of facilities.
Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo beaches are 15 minutes drive from Camposol or Mazarron Country Club.

Puerto has a range of restaurants, tapas bars, evening entertainment bars, cultural activities including an open air summer cinema, indoor and outdoor sports facilities including ten pin bowling, sports hall, kart track, gymnasiums etc.) plus nearby national parks, museums, natural thermal springs and an indoor pool.
The local council regularly provides free beach concerts and has set up theme beaches to provide a variety of free sports and relaxation facilities for all ages - even designated nudist beaches.

Mazarron has a variety of European residents who enjoy the microclimate in this sunny, unspoilt corner of Spain, away from the package tour crowds.
 Puerto de Mazarron has a daily indoor market and a large open-air Sunday market, which - amongst other things - will provide a fresh spit-roast chicken for Sunday lunch. Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron have orange trees in their squares and avenues.
Bolnuevo
 Bolnuevo is 2km south of Puerto de Mazarron and has a long stretch of sandy beach. Bolnuevo is famous for its ´enchanted city´ sandstone formations. The hilly coastal walk to the south of Bolnuevo brings you to a varied choice of secluded bays, (including nudist beaches), backed by scenic hills. Bolnuevo´s sandstone formations.

Camposol Golf
Camposol Golf urbanisation is set in open countryside outside Mazarron town, 10 minutes drive from Puerto de Mazarron or Bolnuevo and 15 minutes from the numerous sandy beaches lining the bay of Mazarron. To the west of Camposol, Sierra Espuña National Park is a great location for a day out, with its picturesque walks, barbecue areas, cycle tracks, snack huts, cafeteria and great views.

The health spa at Camposol, 600 metres from villas ClasicoRD and RebeccaCSM, near the golf course, offers thermal treatments using water from the nearby natural spring. A range of beauty treatments is available, plus exercise facilities, an indoor and outdoor pool, relaxation areas, a bar and an upmarket restaurant.

Camposol has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops including a bowling alley, banks, a large supermarket, internet cafe, British food shop, bodega, hair salon and a pay to use summertime pool with poolside snack bar.
The wide selection of bars and restaurants offer a variety of entertainment. The clubhouse´s bar and restaurant are open to all, serving snacks and meals and offering regular evening entertainment with no entry fee. Camposol Golf Course now has all 18 holes in play.
Mazarron Country Club
 Mazarron Country Club has a restaurant serving meals, drinks and tapas, a large free form pay-to-use open air summertime pool, tennis courts and petanque pitches. More facilities are planned and we will list them here as soon as they become operational.
 The Country Club offers a free mini bus service to Puerto de Mazarron´s beaches or the town of Mazarron (bookable one day in advance), and has a varied calendar of social activities including yoga classes, petanque, cookery demonstrations, quiz nights, organized walks, barbecues, evening entertainment and excursions.

 Mazarron Country Club is surrounded by scenic hills and open countryside, making it an ideal location for walkers.
Percheles Beach
 About 10 minutes drive from Mazarron, Percheles is the best beach we have found locally. It has a sandy bay backed by hills and pine trees.
Sierra Espuña
To the west of Camposol, Sierra Espuña National Park is a great location for a day out, with its picturesque walks, barbecue areas, cycle tracks, snack huts, cafeteria and great views.

From Mazarron; drive past Mazarron Country Club and Camposol, turn left to Totana, pass through Totana and follow the Sierra Espuña signposts uphill past orange and lemon groves, followed by acres of pine forest. Take time to stop en route for a visit to the stations of the cross leading to the Jesus Christ ´mirador`, offering fantastic views across the plains to the coast.

Mazarron Pueblo
Mazarron pueblo is midway between Puerto de Mazarron and Mazarron Country Club, about 4 km from both. Mazarron has an indoor market, an open-air Saturday market, supermarkets, banks, bars, clubs and restaurants.

Mazarron has pleasant strolls uphill to the castle and open air auditorium, the old watch tower or the Jesus Christ monument which has superb views across the area. The small old part of the town has three interesting churches, cobbbled streets and a pleasant - soon to be pedestrianised - central square where you can enjoy a lunchtime drink with a dish of tapas.

 Less than a kilometer along the road from Mazarron Country Club, heading towards Camposol, take a stroll (about a kilometer off the main road) to Mazarron`s natural thermal spring to soak your aching body in the constant warm stream, then pop into El Saladillo restaurant for tapas or their excellent lunchtime menu del dia or visit Camposol for lunch or a drink in the club house overlooking Camposol`s 18 hole golf course.

Hacienda del Alamo Golf Course
 A 6,672metre, 18 hole course on the outskirts of Fuente Alamo. Considered the longest lay-out in Spain, Hacienda del Alamo`s 7,400-yard course boasts eight lakes and 84 bunkers and will provide a challenge for all standards of golfers.
