Our 2nd floor apartment has a triple bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed plus a twin bedroom with glazed doors onto to it's west-facing balcony.

The apartment is on a corner, with floor to ceiling front and side windows, so it is especially light and airy.

Both of our Las Brisas apartments have television with your (pre-arranged) choice of Spanish channels or UK freeview channels, including BBC and ITV.

The kitchen has granite worktops, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, electric kettle, microwave, cafetiere, toaster and a washing machine.    

The bathroom has a full size bath with an overhead shower. Safety regulations prohibit us supplying irons or hairdryers.

Perfect for your evening sundowner, the west-facing balcony, accessed from the lounge and twin bedroom, has inland mountain and side sea views.

The lounge has a dining area seating 5. The balcony also has outdoor dining space .

We supply sun loungers for our guests to take for use by the pool. The pool has a segregated children's area, poolside showers, toilets, changing rooms and a lifeguard in high season (July and August).

Residencial Las Brisas has coast, town and country views and is under 500 metres from a choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The apartment has local info files and a selection of read and exchange books.
